The Dr. Shana Experience is a commitment to your wellness and growth. As such, all bookings are non-refundable to ensure that each participant is fully committed to this transformative journey. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. In that event the booking can be transferred to another woman of your choice 21 years old or older who can benefit from this luxury experience. 

 Yes, absolutely. While your booking is non-refundable, it is transferrable. Should you find yourself unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your spot to another high-achieving, high-powered entrepreneur or woman in leadership 21 or older. Please contact our team to facilitate the transfer.

Specific details regarding attire, any personal items you may wish to bring, and additional recommendations will be provided upon booking. Note there is no need to pack fancy outfits. This retreat is an opportunity to truly relax without the pressure of showing up for others in any particular way.  Think comfy!!

If you select double occupancy for your accommodation option, you are responsible for identifying your room mate. You will both need to deposit within 24 hours of one another and list each other as your room mate. If no room mate is identified your booking will be turned into a single occupancy accomodation.

The wellness experience will kick off at 3 pm on Friday June 28 at the hotel. It will conclude on Sunday June 30 about 1 pm. On Friday expect luxury transportation to a wellness/relaxation activity and dinner. Saturday morning join us for breakfast, luxury transportation to a day of wellness and self care services. The evening will end with a luxury PJ party. Sunday join us for brunch as we depart our luxury wellness weekend. More details will be provided closer to the event.

Yes you can request additional days prior to or after the event dates if you'd like to come in early or stay late. It will be at an additional $275 per night. You will need to add it on to your registration and we will confirm it for you with the hotel. 

This property is closet to Hobby airport (HOU) but can also easily be reached from Bush Intercontinental airport (IAH) as well.

We're delighted to offer a flexible payment plan to make your journey to wellness more accessible. To initiate your payment plan, a $500 deposit is required. Following your deposit, the remaining balance will be divided into equal bi-weekly payments. Please note, a $50 service fee applies to all payment plan installments. Remember, all payments are non-refundable.

When are my payments due?
Your payments will be scheduled every two weeks from the date of your deposit and charged to your original form of payment unless specified prior to the due date. It's important to complete all payments by June 19 to secure your spot at The Dr. Shana Experience.

Can I pay off my balance early?
Absolutely! If you wish to settle your balance ahead of schedule, feel free to email or call us. We're here to accommodate your needs.

**What happens if I don't complete my payments by June 19?**
To maintain the exclusivity and preparedness of The Dr. Shana Experience, it's crucial to fulfill your payment plan by June 19. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your space and all payments made up to that point.
